A refurbishment project for a private client of this fine example of an Edwardian North Oxford Villa. Designed in the 1870s by the Architect George Shirley, this four-storey house was converted to a single property from having been divided into student flats in the 1970s. Several original features, including the stone porch, were reinstated and new ones, such as an orangery and full-height bay windows on the rear elevation to complete the property's symmetry.
This property is now sold.
